"The site was fine to use, but I..."
The site was fine to use, but I remember feeling a little disappointed while scrolling because so many of the options started to look the same. I was really hoping to find more colors and a better range of sizes, but the selection felt limited for what I needed. I found maybe one pair I kind of liked, but not enough to make me want to keep browsing.

"I really wanted to love these..."
I really wanted to love these shoes from sofftshoe.com , because they look super cute in person . The length felt about right , but the toe area was way too snug and started rubbing after just a short walk . I ordered my usual size , so I'm not really sure what went wrong . They are nice-looking shoes , just not comfortable enough for me to keep

"Really nice shoes, but hoping quality stays consistent"
Overall, I’m happy with these shoes. The leather feels great and the stitching looks well done, so it definitely seems like some care went into making them. I did notice a small glue spot near the sole, which isn’t a huge deal, but it’s the kind of thing I hope doesn’t become common. I like them enough to keep wearing them, but if the quality slips on future pairs, I’d probably start looking at other brands.

"Arrived safely, though a little messy"
The shoes showed up in a clean box and, thankfully, nothing was damaged. No dents or crushed corners, which I do appreciate. The tissue paper inside was kind of tossed around, which was a little annoying, but not the end of the world. Overall, I’m happy they arrived in good shape, it just would’ve been nice if the inside looked a bit neater.

"The shoes didn’t end up working for..."
The shoes didn’t end up working for me, so I sent them back. The actual return process was fine, but the refund took way longer than I was expecting, haha. I had to email twice just to get an update, which was a bit annoying. They did eventually refund me, but waiting around without much info was frustrating.

"Looked promising, then got annoying fast"
At first I was actually excited because I kept finding pairs I liked. Then nope, every single one was either out of stock or didn’t have my size. I went from happily browsing to totally over it. Ended up wasting my time and buying nothing

"really Nice looking shoes"
I ordered a pair from sofftshoe.com i’m happy with them. The style is just really cute without being too much, and they look good with Jeans or a dress. The fit was nice too, which I was a little worried about. it did take me a while to pick a pair though because there were so Many cute options.

"Comfortable, but not worth it long-term"
I really liked these shoes when I first got them. They were comfortable right away and looked good with pretty much everything, so I thought I’d found a solid pair.
But after only about two months, the sole started coming loose on one side, and I don’t even wear them every day. For the price, I expected much better quality. Customer service was fine, but the shoes just didn’t hold up, so I wouldn’t buy them again unless they seriously improve the durability.

"Nice leather, just a small thing"
I’m in a bit of a rush, but overall I’m happy with it. The leather feels really nice and sturdy, though it was a little stiff for the first few days. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.

"Cute, but not enough arch support"
I really wanted to love these because they’re super cute, but after about an hour my arches started hurting. You know when a shoe looks great but just doesn’t give you the support you need? That was pretty much my experience.

"Actually comfy for all-day walking"
I usually assume heels = sore feet by the end of the day, so I was ready for the usual pain. But I walked around all day in these and my feet felt fine. Easy win in my book...

"Took a little time to feel right"
They’re comfy now, but I’ll be honest, the first week felt stiff to me. I’m personally picky about stuff feeling broken-in right away, so that bugged me a bit at first. Once they softened up, though, I started liking them a lot more.

"Great grip, even on wet sidewalks"
I’ve been really happy with the grip on these. Even when the sidewalks or floors are wet, I don’t feel like I’m sliding around anymore 😌 Definitely gives me more confidence walking around.

"Got what I needed, but the site felt clunky"
I was able to find what I was looking for, but for some reason the pages took a while to load and the filters were kind of frustrating to use. It worked in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience.

"Really frustrating if you need wide sizes"
I wanted to like these, but the wide sizes seem to sell out way too fast. It’s annoying because by the time I check, the size I need is usually gone. I wish they kept more widths in stock.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered these thinking they’d ship out quickly, but they just kind of sat there for days. Like, days with almost no updates. By the time they finally shipped, I didn’t even need the shoes anymore. Super frustrating, and if shipping is going to be this slow, I probably won’t order again

"Looked good, but too tight up front"
These shoes looked really nice out of the box, but after wearing them for about an hour, the toe area just felt way too narrow. My toes were all cramped up and it wasn’t comfy, so yeah, had to send them back

"Close enough, I guess"
The order showed up on time and the shoes were the right style and size, so that part was fine. But they sent the wrong color, which was annoying since I picked the one I actually wanted. I needed them for work and didn’t have the energy to deal with another return or customer service back-and-forth, so I just kept them. Not the worst experience, just tiring when even a simple order isn’t quite right.
